Description

You will lead cross-functional teams through planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale technical initiatives.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Drive program-level planning, dependency management, and cross-team alignment.
• Oversee execution of complex technical initiatives, including database migration and cloud modernization.
• Track and communicate progress, risks, timelines, and outcomes to leadership.
• Remove blockers, manage risks, and ensure forward progress for initiatives.
• Guide teams in Agile best practices while supporting continuous improvement.

Required Skills

• 8+ years driving program execution in complex enterprise environments.
• Minimum 5 years as a Scrum Master.
• Experience leading multiple teams in large-scale enterprise environments.
• Strong background in cloud and data migration projects.
• Expertise in Jira for planning, dependency tracking, and roadmap visualization.
• Deep understanding of Agile, SAFe, and Lean methodologies.
• Experience working closely with Architecture and DevOps teams.
