Description

You will drive agile delivery and project coordination for engineering teams. You own the release cadence, remove impediments, and ensure alignment between development, product, and clients.

Responsibilities

• Host daily standups and facilitate sprint ceremonies to keep the team on track.
• Identify and resolve blockers to ensure timely delivery of project requirements.
• Maintain JIRA dashboards for task lists, statuses, approvals, and change request scope.
• Coordinate the creation of user manuals and training materials for successful system turnover.
• Manage customer satisfaction and conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of project management experience.
• Strong proficiency in JIRA for tracking task lists, status, and approvals.
• Experience managing change request (CR) scope and project transitions.
• Ability to introduce and enforce agile engineering practices in daily activities.
• Proven track record of obtaining product team acceptance for deliverables.
• Excellent communication skills for coordinating with diverse stakeholder groups.
