Description

Facilitate agile processes and manage delivery workflows to maximize value across infrastructure and product teams.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product Managers and Infrastructure teams to prioritize backlogs and align with organizational objectives.
• Coach teams in SAFe principles to eliminate bottlenecks and improve flow.
• Collaborate with developers and operations to support implementation, application monitoring, and software quality.
• Execute transformation objectives including cloud migration, Agile operations, DevOps, and automation.
• Track and generate metrics reports regarding Scrum completion and team velocity.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in information technology.
• Hands-on experience working as a Scrum Master.
• Proven experience running Scrum ceremonies and resolving impediments.
• Experience operating within an Agile development environment.
• Ability to research and analyze software and infrastructure processes.
• Strong proficiency in managing multiple priorities and meeting delivery goals.

Preferred Skills

• Proficiency in JIRA and MS Project.
• Experience with data analytics, MS Excel, and Tableau.
• SAFe PM/PO or Scrum Master certification.
