Description

Lead Generative AI projects as the primary technical project lead, working closely with the AI Director to drive delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to ensure adherence to agile principles.
• Manage cross-functional teams including developers, data scientists, AI engineers, and business analysts.
• Act as the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders to align AI leadership with technical development.
• Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure alignment with technical and business objectives.
• Drive project milestones to ensure delivery remains on time, within scope, and on budget.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in project management or scrum leadership.
• Proven expertise in leading Generative AI projects and understanding GenAI architectures.
• Hands-on experience with Azure and OpenAI frameworks.
• Deep knowledge of Agile methodologies and Scrum frameworks.
• Experience managing complex stakeholder relationships and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to communicate technical AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong risk management skills within technology and AI project environments.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with LLMOps, model governance, and monitoring.
• Knowledge of DevOps, Azure DevOps, containerization, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Background in manufacturing or industrial AI use cases.
