Lead cross-functional Agile teams focused on healthcare products, managing project milestones, timelines, and continuous improvement.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and guide teams in Agile best practices and continuous improvement.
• Identify and remove impediments to ensure smooth delivery and team collaboration.
• Manage dependencies and coordinate alignment across multiple teams and departments.
• Track and report metrics like velocity, burn-down, and cycle time to improve outcomes.
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT to manage project milestones.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience as a Scrum Master.
• Deep background in the healthcare industry, including payer, provider, health tech, or life sciences.
• Proficiency with Agile frameworks including Scrum, SAFe, and Kanban.
• Hands-on experience using Jira, Azure DevOps, and Confluence.
• Experience working within regulated environments such as HIPAA or FDA.
• Proven ability to facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) designation.
• Bachelor's degree.

Preferred Skills

• Background in healthcare informatics, EHR systems, or medical imaging.
• Experience navigating scaled Agile environments or driving Agile transformations.
