Drive Agile delivery and manage projects across the organization.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and coach teams to ensure continuous improvement.
• Oversee multiple Agile projects end-to-end, tracking schedules, budgets, and mitigating risks.
• Design governance frameworks, KPIs, and standard templates for PMO processes.
• Act as the primary communication link between business, IT, and leadership.
• Implement best practices to optimize workflows and enhance Agile adoption.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master and/or Project Manager in Agile environments.
• Certification as CSM or equivalent (SAFe, PMI-ACP).
• Expertise using Jira, Trello, or MS Project.
• Proven experience working within or establishing a PMO.
• Strong skills in servant leadership and problem-solving.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
• Familiarity with Waterfall or hybrid methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Master’s degree.
• Experience with enterprise Agile transformation.
