Description

You will manage project delivery and facilitate agile processes as a Scrum Master and Project Manager.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate scrum ceremonies and remove blockers for the team.
• Manage project timelines and deliverables to ensure successful execution.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to align project goals with team output.
• Maintain project documentation and track progress throughout the lifecycle.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in project management or scrum facilitation.
• Proven experience working as a Scrum Master.
• Ability to work a hybrid schedule in Lansing, MI (2 days onsite per week).
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate-level education.
