You will lead agile delivery teams through complex financial software initiatives.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Coach teams on Scrum practices and facilitate all Scrum ceremonies.
• Remove impediments and negotiate dependencies to ensure continuous delivery.
• Foster collaboration and continuous improvement across the team.
• Support enterprise-level financial or debt management software initiatives.
• Coach Product Owners on backlog refinement and prioritization.

Required Skills

• 7+ years serving as a Scrum Master in Agile environments.
• Advanced knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, Nexus, or LeSS.
• Experience with enterprise-level financial or debt management solutions.
• Proficiency with Azure DevOps, Jira, Rally, or VersionOne.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, secure SDLC, and DevOps practices.
• Experience leading multiple Agile teams in a scaled environment.
• Understanding of privacy/security standards (PCI, SOC, FFIEC, CFPB).
• Experience with API-driven, integration-heavy systems.

Preferred Skills

• SAFe SSM, SASM, CSM, PSM I/II, ICP-ACC certifications.
• Experience with debt collection/servicing or payment processing systems.
