Own end-to-end project delivery and Agile team facilitation, ensuring alignment between technical execution and business goals.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage project lifecycles from planning through execution and delivery.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and enforce Agile frameworks.
• Oversee project budgets, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Drive issue resolution and risk mitigation across complex initiatives.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Scrum Master and Project Manager roles.
• Strong command of Agile methodologies and Scrum frameworks.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, and Microsoft Project.
• Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and competing priorities.
• Experience managing project budgets and financial forecasting.
• Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
