Own the project scope, timeline, and Agile delivery for software development teams.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate sprints, daily stand-ups, and retrospective meetings to maintain velocity.
• Facilitate internal communication and serve as the primary point of contact for external stakeholders and customers.
• Collaborate with product owners to manage backlogs, refine user stories, and prioritize new requests.
• Coach team members on Scrum frameworks and guide the group toward higher maturity.
• Resolve conflicts, remove impediments, and ensure deliverables meet quality standards.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in a Scrum Master or Project Manager role.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in software development.
• Deep knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts, including definition of done, user stories, and backlog refinement.
• Practical experience with automated testing and Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban).
• Strong servant leadership and communication skills.
• Proven ability in problem-solving and conflict resolution.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
