Description

You will lead Generative AI initiatives as the primary technical project lead, working closely with the AI Director to deliver key milestones.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to drive agile delivery.
• Manage cross-functional teams including developers, data scientists, AI engineers, and business analysts.
• Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders to align technical execution with strategic AI goals.
• Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure alignment with technical and business objectives.
• Optimize team performance and project outcomes using agile metrics.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in project management or scrum leadership.
• Proven experience managing Generative AI projects and architectures.
• Hands-on experience with Azure and OpenAI frameworks.
• Expertise in Agile methodologies and Scrum frameworks.
• Strong background in stakeholder management across complex, cross-functional environments.
• Ability to communicate complex technical AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience managing risks within technology and AI-driven projects.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in manufacturing or industrial contexts, such as predictive maintenance or digital twins.
• Familiarity with LLMOps, model governance, and monitoring.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices, Azure DevOps, containerization, and CI/CD pipelines.
