Description

You will act as the Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams while owning overall project delivery.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Drive Agile best practices and continuous process improvement within the team.
• Remove impediments and manage dependencies across business and technology teams.
• Track and report on key Agile metrics such as velocity, burn-down, and cycle time.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience as a Scrum Master.
• Expertise in Agile methodologies, including Scrum, SAFe, and Kanban.
• Demonstrable background in the healthcare sector (payer, provider, health tech, or life sciences).
• Experience working in large, complex enterprise and regulated environments (e.g., HIPAA, FDA).
• Hands-on experience with Rally and/or Jira.
• Exposure to AI tools, specifically working with CoPilot.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification is required.
• Project management experience focused on delivery, not functional or deep technical work.
