Description

You will own the facilitation and process improvement within an Agile delivery team.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate all Scrum Events (Daily Scrum, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospective) ensuring adherence to Scrum theory and practice.
• Protect the team from interruptions and scope creep, allowing focus on sprint goals.
• Identify, track, and remove impediments specific to the SAP environment, such as transport issues or access blockers.
• Drive continuous process improvement across the SAP delivery organization, encouraging inspection and adaptation.
• Track and report key Agile metrics (Velocity, Burndown Charts) and consolidate organizational metrics via Tableau/Power BI.

Required Skills

• Minimum 10+ years of overall professional experience, including 3+ years as a dedicated Scrum Master or Agile Coach.
• Expert knowledge of Agile principles and deep understanding of the Scrum framework.
• Proven experience with SAP implementation/development teams (S/4HANA, ECC, SAP Cloud Platform, ABAP, Fiori).
• Proficiency with Agile project management tools including Jira and Confluence.
• Experience using Tableau and Power BI for reporting metrics.
• Strong servant leadership, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to communicate complex topics clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
