Good to Have Skills: Advanced Agile certifications such as Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), SAFe Agilist (SA), or PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP). Experience with scaling Agile frameworks (e.g., SAFe, LeSS) in a large organizational setting. Knowledge of DevOps principles and practices, including continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD). Familiarity with financial services regulations and compliance requirements.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Champion team-level value delivery by working hands-on with Product Owners and business stakeholders to understand sprint goals and maximize business value.
• Proactively manage technical dependencies and coordinate with other teams to resolve impediments and maintain system integrity within sprint contexts.
• Plan, facilitate, and coordinate organized sprint execution including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and sprint reviews for both assigned teams.
• Drive data-driven continuous improvement by facilitating sprint retrospectives and implementing process refinements based on metrics and team feedback.
• Build strong collaborative relationships with diverse stakeholder groups including business, product, and engineering leadership to ensure sprint alignment.
• Collect, analyze, and present team performance metrics such as lead time, cycle time, and defect density to provide insights for strategic decisions.

Experience Required: Total experience of 7+ years with minimum of 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master in a large-scale enterprise environment, preferably within the financial services industry. Demonstrated experience effectively serving at least two agile teams concurrently, fostering their productivity and delivery. Proven track record of successfully cultivating agile mindset and improving Scrum implementation within development teams.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field. Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification required.
