Description

Lead Agile delivery for technology projects in SaaS and cloud environments. Own the Scrum and Kanban processes to ensure team alignment and predictable delivery.

Responsibilities

• Coach the Scrum Team on Agile principles, self-organization, and cross-functional skill development.
• Facilitate all Scrum events including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Retrospective.
• Resolve impediments and manage dependencies with other Scrum Masters to increase delivery predictability.
• Drive Definition of Ready and Definition of Done to ensure high-quality software delivery.
• Capture team metrics and drive continuous improvement based on velocity and predictability.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master managing technology projects.
• Deep expertise in Scrum and Kanban methodologies.
• Experience with SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) ceremonies and practices.
• Proficiency in JIRA for tracking and reporting.
• Strong understanding of DevOps-based projects and software development processes.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and drive decision-making.
• Experience in SaaS and cloud-based environments.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with GitHub, Confluence, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Understanding of test-driven development (TDD), unit testing, and pair programming.
