Description

Lead project teams to deliver scope, timeline, and budget targets while facilitating Agile ceremonies and removing impediments. Implement change management processes and conduct risk assessments to ensure successful execution.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum events, coach the team, and remove obstacles to maintain workflow.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and milestones to track progress and communicate updates.
• Implement change management processes to effectively manage project scope changes.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies for project risks.
• Monitor project performance metrics to identify improvement areas and optimize delivery.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in project management and Scrum Master practices.
• Expertise in Agile methodology and applying Agile practices in project management.
• In-depth knowledge of project management and change management principles.
• Strong communication and leadership skills to guide teams and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities for project challenges.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to changing project requirements.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills for quality deliverables.

Preferred Skills

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP).
