Description

You will facilitate Scrum processes for complex projects involving Web, Mobile, Backend, and API technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies for medium to complex development teams.
• Identify and eliminate impediments to ensure timely project delivery.
• Build high-performance teams through servant leadership and conflict resolution.
• Manage project delivery within challenging circumstances across multiple technologies.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in Scrum Mastery facilitation and leadership.
• Deep knowledge of Agile methodologies including Lean, Agile, Scrum, and SAFe.
• Experience working directly with Mobile App, Web, and Backend development teams.
• Proven ability in conflict resolution and servant leadership.
• Background in Software Development environments.
• Strong understanding of PMO and project management principles.
• Ability to manage multiple technologies across a single project lifecycle.

Preferred Skills

• Certifications: CSP(SM), PSM(III), ACSM, or SAFe(SA)/SAFe(SM).
• Additional credentials: PMI-ACP, PMP, or ICP-ACC.
