Key Skills: Scrum Master, Scrum, Scrum Methodology, Agile

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospective) and ensure they are effective
• Coach the team on Scrum roles, events, and artifacts to improve delivery outcomes
• Remove impediments and help resolve blockers that impact sprint goals
• Support continuous improvement by driving actionable improvements from retrospectives
• Coordinate with stakeholders to maintain clarity on priorities, sprint goals, and delivery progress

Skills Required:

• Strong hands-on experience with Scrum
• Proven experience as a Scrum Master
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies
• Experience facilitating Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospectives
• Experience with sprint execution and delivery management
• Strong team coaching and mentoring skills
• Ability to identify and remove team impediments and blockers
• Experience in stakeholder management and communication
• Strong understanding of Scrum roles, events, and artifacts

Good to Have:

• Experience with Agile transformation and continuous improvement
• Knowledge of Jira / Azure DevOps
• Experience working with cross-functional and distributed teams
• Scrum Master certification such as CSM / PSM

Education: Relevant degree (or equivalent practical experience)
