Description

You will lead Agile product delivery and manage large teams to ensure consistent value delivery.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Drive Agile and Lean methodologies including Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe across the team.
• Coach and mentor team members on Agile best practices to promote continuous improvement.
• Identify and resolve impediments and bottlenecks that hinder progress.
• Implement, measure, and monitor key KPIs and metrics to drive delivery efficiencies.
• Establish, drive, and execute Agile change and risk management strategies.

Required Skills

• 7-10 years of experience as a Scrum Master, preferably leading teams of at least 10 people.
• Deep knowledge of Agile, Lean, Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe methodologies.
• Proven experience in backlog management and driving Agile product delivery.
• Expertise in handling stakeholders and coordinating across teams.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Trello, or similar Agile project management tools.
• Demonstrable experience in process improvement methods.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Bachelor's degree or any graduate qualification.

Preferred Skills

• Agile certifications such as CSM, PSM, or PMI-ACP.
• Ability to join immediately.
