You will facilitate Agile delivery and drive process improvement within an SAP-focused team.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate all Scrum events, ensuring strict adherence to Scrum theory and practice.
• Protect the team from interruptions and scope creep to maintain focus on sprint goals.
• Identify and remove impediments specific to the SAP environment, including transport issues and access blockers.
• Drive continuous process improvement and encourage inspection and adaptation across the organization.
• Track and report key Agile metrics using Tableau or Power BI.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of overall professional experience, including 3+ years as a dedicated Scrum Master or Agile Coach.
• Expert knowledge of Agile principles and deep understanding of the Scrum framework.
• Proven experience supporting SAP implementation or development teams (S/4HANA, ECC, SAP Cloud Platform, ABAP, Fiori).
• Proficiency with Jira and Confluence for project management.
• Experience using Tableau and Power BI for reporting metrics.
• Strong servant leadership, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to communicate complex technical topics clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
