Description

You will lead Agile transformations and coach teams across program and portfolio levels using SAFe and scaled Agile practices.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Coach business, delivery, and management teams in Agile adoption and DevOps transformation.
• Facilitate Scrum, XP, and Kanban events to ensure adherence to framework artifacts and techniques.
• Guide Program and Portfolio stakeholders through scaled Agile implementation.
• Manage client relationships and ensure effective time management across demand and delivery teams.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in software delivery.
• Minimum 3 years of dedicated Scrum Master or Agile Coach experience.
• Hands-on expertise with SAFe, Scrum, XP, Kanban, LeSS, and Spotify models.
• Strong interpersonal and client relationship management skills.
• Proven ability to coach teams in Agile environments.
• Bachelor’s degree, ideally in a technical discipline with development background.

Preferred Skills

• SAFe 5 SPC or RTE certification.
• PMP or Azure Fundamentals certification.
• Telecom industry background.
