Description

You will facilitate Agile ceremonies and drive continuous improvement within the delivery team.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate all Scrum events including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-up, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective.
• Identify and remove impediments to ensure the team achieves its goals.
• Protect the team from external distractions and ensure access to necessary resources.
• Coach the team and Product Owner on Scrum principles, self-organization, and continuous improvement.
• Provide transparency into progress through metrics and work with stakeholders to manage expectations.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of total professional experience.
• Minimum 4+ years of experience specifically as a Scrum Master.
• Proven track record of successful Agile team delivery.
• Deep understanding of Agile and Scrum principles and practices.
• Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, and Trello.
• Strong leadership, conflict management, and facilitation skills.
• Ability to manage difficult conversations and drive analytical problem-solving.

Preferred Skills

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar professional certification.
• Experience in a technical or software development environment.
• Knowledge of DevOps, Continuous Delivery, Lean, Kanban, or scaling frameworks like SAFe/LeSS.
