Own the lifecycle of complex, cross-functional programs with long-term impact, driving performance improvements and influencing resource allocation from ideation to delivery.

Responsibilities

• Define program tenets and analyze data to guide product direction using domain-driven architecture.
• Monitor and track program execution, removing blockers to ensure successful delivery.
• Influence multiple teams and organizations to drive internal and external process improvements.
• Navigate ambiguous environments to find paths forward in challenging situations.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of project management experience with relevant technical skills.
• Proficiency in Scrum frameworks and certification.
• Ability to dive deep into business domains to drive product strategy.
• Strong capability to handle multiple contending priorities simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for upward and outward reporting.
• Strong interpersonal skills for influencing across teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience operating successfully in highly ambiguous environments.
