Description

Facilitate Agile processes and support technical teams within a Java-based microservices environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum and Kanban methodologies to manage team workflows and progress.
• Resolve conflicts and remove blockers for technical teams during the development lifecycle.
• Manage tasks and priorities using Jira and Confluence to track delivery.
• Integrate CI/CD pipeline processes into the existing Agile framework.
• Engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure clear communication.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of professional experience in software development or Agile leadership.
• Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks, specifically Scrum and Kanban.
• Hands-on experience with Java and microservices design patterns.
• Proficiency with Spring Boot, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and their integration into Agile workflows.
• Experience using Jira and Confluence for project tracking.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or an equivalent field.

Preferred Skills

• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or similar Agile certification.
