You will guide cross-functional teams through agile processes as a servant-leader.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective.
• Coach development teams on self-organization and cross-functionality.
• Identify and proactively remove impediments or obstacles hindering team progress.
• Manage risks and facilitate clear communication between the Scrum Team and stakeholders.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team.

Required Skills

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Scrum Master in a true agile environment.
• Proficiency with agile management tools such as Jira or Confluence.
• Experience coordinating or leading large, cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with Agile frameworks like SAFe.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working within the financial industry.
• Certification such as CSM or PSM I.
