Facilitate the agile development process and drive application delivery through coaching and impediment removal.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Organize and facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and demos.
• Collaborate with Product Owners on user story creation, prioritization, and backlog grooming.
• Track team velocity, manage sprint capacity, and coordinate cross-functional dependencies.
• Remove or escalate blocking impediments to ensure continuous delivery.
• Coach teams and stakeholders on agile practices, collaboration, and accountability.

Required Skills

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) designation.
• 2+ years of direct Scrum Master experience.
• 6+ years of information technology experience.
• Thorough understanding of agile software development methodologies, values, and procedures.
• Experience working with agile methodologies on large-scale, technically complex projects.
• Leading teams using Test Driven Development (TDD) and Continuous Integration (CI) processes.
• Proficiency with Team Foundation Server (TFS) and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Data-driven analysis skills for measuring and managing delivery.

Preferred Skills

• Technical experience with C# and SQL Server.
