Description

You will lead the planning and execution of development and delivery for one or more products using Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe events to drive continuous improvement and team self-organization.
• Remove impediments and resolve issues outside of the team's control to ensure delivery.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to refine prioritized backlogs, manage requirements, and ensure deliverables meet business needs.
• Coach teams and leadership on Agile processes, values, and interaction patterns.
• Manage the design, development, and implementation of Cúram and Java software applications on n-tier infrastructure.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience implementing Agile values and practices including Scrum and Kanban.
• 7+ years of experience using JIRA to create dashboards and monitor sprint progress.
• 7+ years of experience with work breakdown, estimation, and sprint planning.
• 7+ years of experience working with stakeholders on backlog prioritization, grooming, and epic/story definition.
• 7+ years of experience with risk and business impact analysis and reporting.
• 7+ years of experience using MS Project, MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
• 7+ years of experience turning complex business needs into user scenarios, flows, and diagrams.
• 7+ years of experience managing and analyzing data to derive portfolio insights.
• Proficiency in Java and strong facilitation skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
