Job Responsibilities include:
Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives) to ensure effective team collaboration and delivery.
Coach and guide teams on Agile/Scrum best practices, fostering continuous improvement and adherence to processes.
Identify, track, and remove impediments while proactively managing risks to keep the team on track.
Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to manage backlog, refine user stories, and ensure alignment with business goals.
Monitor team performance using metrics (velocity, burndown charts) and drive data-driven improvements.
Support planning, estimation, and capacity management to ensure timely and predictable delivery of project outcomes.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field (Scrum Master certification preferred).
8–10 years of experience in Agile/Scrum roles with proven Scrum Master expertise.
Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) with hands-on experience using tools like JIRA and Confluence, including experience in GxP environments.
Proven ability to coach teams, manage stakeholders, facilitate ceremonies, and drive delivery through effective risk management and performance tracking
