Responsibilities

• Lead Agile teams through the Scrum framework.
• Drive continuous process improvement within the team.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and remove impediments.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master.
• Expertise in Agile methodologies.
• Proficiency with Scrummaster practices.
• Experience in Project management.
• Familiarity with the SAFe framework.
