You will facilitate team processes to ensure alignment with product goals and foster an inspect-and-adapt culture.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Coach the team on Agile and Scrum principles to ensure alignment with product goals.
• Own and facilitate ceremonies including the Daily Scrum, Backlog Working Session, and Retrospectives.
• Establish and maintain the story intake and approval pipeline from Excel inputs to JIRA.
• Maintain visibility across boards, tracking status, dependencies, and impediments.
• Communicate progress to stakeholders using business-friendly language.

Required Skills

• 13+ years of working experience.
• Proficiency with JIRA.
• Experience partnering with Product Owner/Manager on backlog refinement and prioritization.
• Ability to define and enforce Definition of Ready (DoR) and Definition of Done (DoD) for stories.
• Experience facilitating ceremonies like Daily Scrum and Retrospectives.
• Ability to guide teams toward self-organization and continuous improvement.
• Familiarity with managing workflow from input (Excel) to development (JIRA).
