Description

Lead Agile ceremonies and ensure SOX IT General Controls compliance for a cross-functional team.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives to maintain Agile workflow.
• Manage project planning, tracking, and risk mitigation across cross-functional dependencies.
• Document and manage audit evidence for SOX IT General Controls (ITGC) and compliance reporting.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors to ensure timely resolution of control findings.
• Present executive-level reports on project status, risks, and mitigation plans to business stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience in Agile environments.
• Deep understanding of Scrum principles and Agile Way of Working (WoW).
• Proven experience supporting SOX controls and ITGC documentation.
• Strong project management skills including timeline and dependency management.
• Experience working with internal/external auditors for risk and compliance reporting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for executive-level presentations.
• Ability to articulate complex risks and mitigation strategies clearly.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in highly regulated industries requiring strict audit documentation.
