Description

Lead a staff of developers through the agile software development lifecycle for a large-scale eContracting and integration project.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate daily standups for geographically dispersed teams averaging 12 members.
• Manage 2-week sprint iterations and ensure the team meets required milestones.
• Remove impediments or guide the team to resolve blockers effectively.
• Support and educate the Product Owner on backlog grooming and maintenance.
• Coach the team and organization on implementing Agile and Scrum practices.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master.
• Proven track record of executing large-scale projects.
• Active CSM, PSM, or equivalent Scrum certification.
• Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies.
• Proficiency using Jira for project management.
• Experience working directly with developers or on integration projects.
• Ability to manage multiple teams simultaneously.
• Experience interacting with third-party vendors.
