Description

Lead agile software development lifecycles for large-scale eContracting and integration projects.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate daily standups and manage 2-week sprint iterations for geographically dispersed teams.
• Remove impediments and guide the team to resolve blockers effectively.
• Support and educate the Product Owner on backlog grooming and maintenance.
• Coach the team and organization on implementing Agile and Scrum practices.
• Interact with third-party vendors and manage multiple teams simultaneously.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master.
• Active CSM, PSM, or equivalent Scrum certification.
• Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and proven track record in large-scale projects.
• Proficiency using Jira for project management.
• Experience working directly with developers or on integration projects.
