Description

You will lead a geographically dispersed development team through the agile software development lifecycle.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate daily standups for teams averaging 12 members and manage 2-week sprint iterations.
• Remove impediments or guide the team to resolve blockers effectively.
• Support and educate the Product Owner on backlog grooming and maintenance.
• Coach the team and organization on implementing Agile and Scrum practices.
• Coordinate with 3rd party vendors regarding UI development and system integration.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master.
• CSM, PSM, or equivalent Scrum certification.
• Proven track record of executing large-scale projects.
• Experience managing multiple teams simultaneously.
• Direct experience working with developers or integration projects.
• Proficiency with Jira and Agile methodologies.
• Degree completion (Any Graduate).
