Description

Lead Agile delivery for healthcare initiatives by guiding cross-functional teams and removing impediments.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Act as Scrum Master for cross-functional teams developing healthcare products.
• Guide teams on Agile best practices, Scrum ceremonies, and continuous improvement.
• Identify and remove impediments while facilitating communication and building collaboration.
• Coordinate across departments to manage dependencies and ensure alignment.
• Champion Agile adoption using metrics like velocity and burn-down for transparency.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience as a Scrum Master.
• Strong background in the healthcare industry (payer, provider, health tech, or life sciences).
• Solid understanding of Agile frameworks including Scrum, SAFe, and Kanban.
• Proficiency with Jira, Azure DevOps, and Confluence.
• Experience working in regulated environments (HIPAA, FDA).
• Exceptional facilitation, conflict resolution, and servant leadership skills.
• Ability to engage effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
