Facilitate agile delivery for multiple scrum teams within the aerospace industry.

Responsibilities

• Guide teams through sprint cycles and manage project dependencies.
• Identify and resolve conflicts and impediments to maintain team velocity.
• Generate and share Jira reports with product owners and management.
• Coordinate communication and alignment across all stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master.
• Active Scrum certification.
• Expert-level proficiency in Jira.
• Hands-on experience in the aerospace industry.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies.
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent scrum teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.
