You will lead agile teams to improve productivity and deliver software projects with high quality and minimal defects.

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop teams on Scrum best practices and procedures to improve performance.
• Facilitate impediment resolution and maintain quality from requirements gathering through technical design and testing.
• Evaluate business processes and document needs within Functional Requirement Documents (FRD).
• Translate ambiguous information into detailed requirements for customer-facing and agent-facing applications.
• Drive project delivery for business account products to support market enrollment and revenue goals.

Required Skills

• 7 years of experience leading agile teams as a Scrum Master.
• 4 years of experience specifically leading teams in a Scrum Master capacity.
• 2 years of experience using Azure DevOps as a Scrum Master.
• Expert knowledge of Agile methodologies including Scrum, XP, Lean, Kanban, SAFe, and DevOps.
• Hands-on experience with Agile tools such as Azure DevOps and Jira.
• Experience developing Business Requirements, project initiation documents, and quality measures.
• Experience developing Functional Requirements to define system and process behaviors.
• Strong analytical, planning, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Background in software development or technical delivery.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with business data to enable business results.
