You will facilitate agile processes and support team execution in a remote capacity.

Responsibilities

• Provide agile coaching to the team.
• Mitigate blockers to support iteration execution.
• Schedule and facilitate team meetings including Daily Sync, Iteration Planning, Iteration Review, and Iteration Retrospective.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in agile environments.
• Practical experience with Agile methodologies.
• Facilitation of Daily Sync meetings.
• Execution of Iteration Retrospectives.
• Ability to manage and lead iteration planning and reviews.
• Any Graduate degree.
