You will drive consistent project delivery through the entire lifecycle, managing plans, resources, and risks for cloud-based data solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Standups, Retrospectives, Demos, and Refinement.
• Protect the team from interruptions and remove obstacles to maintain effectiveness.
• Support Product Owners with backlog management, prioritization, and requirement discussions.
• Track and report team velocity, progress, and metrics to stakeholders.
• Facilitate design workshops, document use cases, and define test objectives.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Agile project management roles.
• Expert knowledge of Scrum and Kanban methodologies.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and PMP certifications required.
• Experience managing cloud-based solutions for data management and analytics.
• Technical familiarity with Spark, Azure Data Factory, Azure Data Lake Storage, Azure Event Hub, Azure SQL, and Synapse.
• Experience implementing master data systems and data governance concepts.
• Strong ability to analyze and document business and system processes.

Preferred Skills

• SAFe certification and experience with the SAFe framework.
