Description

You will lead agile teams to improve productivity and deliver high-quality software projects with minimal defects.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop teams on Scrum best practices to improve performance.
• Facilitate impediment resolution and maintain quality from requirements gathering through testing.
• Evaluate business processes and document needs within Functional Requirement Documents (FRD).
• Translate ambiguous information into detailed requirements for customer-facing and agent-facing applications.
• Drive project delivery for business account products to support market enrollment and revenue goals.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience leading agile teams.
• 4+ years specifically leading teams in a Scrum Master capacity.
• 2+ years of experience using Azure DevOps as a Scrum Master.
• Expert knowledge of Agile methodologies including Scrum, XP, Lean, Kanban, SAFe, and DevOps.
• Hands-on experience with Agile tools such as Azure DevOps and Jira.
• Experience developing Business Requirements, project initiation documents, and quality measures.
• Experience developing Functional Requirements to define system and process behaviors.
• Background in software development or technical delivery.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with business data to enable business results.
