Description

You will facilitate Agile ceremonies and remove impediments for development teams.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Retrospectives, and Sprint Demos.
• Coach the Scrum Team and Product Owner on Scrum practices and servant leadership.
• Remove impediments and shield the team from outside distractions.
• Track and report team velocity and key project metrics.
• Help define the team vision and contribute to the product roadmap.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of practical experience serving as a Scrum Master.
• CSM Certification required.
• Solid comprehension of Agile values, principles, and methodologies.
• Thorough understanding of the Agile software development life cycle.
• Expertise in Agile and Scrum frameworks.
• Ability to manage and prioritize the product backlog based on changing requirements.
• Proven ability to identify cross-team dependencies and align work.
• Ability to balance demands for quality, scope, and schedule.
