Description

You facilitate Agile ceremonies and manage project execution to ensure delivery within scope, budget, and schedule.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile and Scrum meetings including grooming, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Manage project schedules, resources, deliverables, risks, and timelines in coordination with application managers and business partners.
• Write actionable epics and stories and publish progress reports using burn-up, burn-down, and velocity metrics.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing, track defects, and review code fixes.
• Document project plans covering objectives, technologies, specifications, schedules, funding, and staffing.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of professional experience.
• Experience in the banking or financial sector.
• Proficiency with Jira and Confluence.
• Familiarity with GitHub.
• Proven ability to handle complex problems involving resource constraints, quality challenges, and release issues.
• Experience managing multiple short-duration projects simultaneously.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Master's degree in Business or Management studies.
