Facilitate Agile ceremonies and remove impediments for high-performing development teams.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Retrospectives, Sprint Demos, Story Refinement, and Release Planning.
• Facilitate collaboration between product owners, end-users, and development teams to translate needs into requirements.
• Manage the product backlog in partnership with the product owner to prioritize work based on changing requirements.
• Remove impediments, protect the team from outside distractions, and resolve conflicts to maintain productivity.
• Track and report team velocity and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of practical experience serving as a Scrum Master.
• Solid comprehension of Agile values and principles.
• 7+ years of experience coordinating Agile ceremonies and analyzing/documenting business and system processes.
• 7+ years of experience working with development teams and understanding the Agile software development life cycle.
• 5+ years of experience tracking team performance metrics and working with leadership to foster Agile culture.
• CSM Certification is required.
• Proven ability to identify cross-team dependencies and align work optimally.
• Strong interpersonal, mentoring, and servant leadership skills.
• Ability to balance competing demands for quality, scope, and schedule.

Preferred Skills

• PSM Certification.
