Description

Facilitate the Scrum process and lead teams through the Agile software development life cycle.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Retrospectives, Sprint Demos, Story Refinement, and Release Planning.
• Coach the team in Lean-Agile mindsets and core Agile principles to ensure adherence to standards.
• Remove impediments, protect the team from outside distractions, and resolve conflicts to maintain productivity.
• Partner with Product Owners to manage backlogs, prioritize requirements, and define product roadmaps.
• Track and report team velocity and project metrics to drive continuous improvement.

Required Skills

• 5-10 years of practical experience serving as a Scrum Master.
• CSM Certification is required.
• Thorough understanding of the Agile software development life cycle.
• Proven experience working directly with development teams.
• Ability to identify cross-team dependencies and align work optimally.
• Experience analyzing and documenting business and system processes.
• Strong interpersonal and mentoring skills with a servant leadership approach.
