Description

Lead Agile practices for cross-functional teams in Richmond, Virginia.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Remove impediments, track progress, and support sprint execution.
• Partner with Product Owners to maintain prioritized backlogs and plan releases.
• Drive cross-functional initiatives and manage dependencies across multiple Scrum teams.
• Coach teams on user story development, sizing, and acceptance criteria.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in Agile environments.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification required.
• Proficiency with SAFe frameworks and practices.
• Proven ability to collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
• Strong communication, presentation, and conflict resolution skills.
• Experience managing changing priorities and tight deadlines in enterprise settings.
• Ability to handle sensitive information professionally.

Preferred Skills

• Deep understanding of iterative and incremental development principles.
• Experience leading and coaching high-performing teams.
• Knowledge of additional Agile certifications (e.g., SAFe).
