Description

Lead onshore and offshore teams through the full agile development lifecycle within an SAP environment.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Act as the primary liaison between the Product Owner and the offshore development team.
• Remove impediments affecting both onshore and offshore team members.
• Coordinate sprint deliverables to ensure alignment with SAP BTP architecture and performance standards.
• Use Jira or Azure DevOps to track progress and provide visibility to stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master.
• 2+ years of experience leading hybrid onshore-offshore teams.
• Hands-on experience working within SAP environments.
• Working knowledge of SAP BTP.
• Proficiency with Jira or Azure DevOps.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills for coordinating distributed teams.

Preferred Skills

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification.
• SAP Activate certification.
