Description

You will lead a hybrid onshore-offshore development team focused on client Partner Portal enhancements using SAP BTP.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives for distributed teams.
• Act as the primary liaison between the Product Owner and offshore developers to ensure alignment.
• Remove impediments unique to hybrid models to keep the team moving forward.
• Coordinate sprint deliverables to ensure adherence to SAP BTP architecture and performance standards.
• Track progress and provide stakeholder visibility using Jira or Azure DevOps.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master.
• 2+ years leading hybrid onshore-offshore teams.
• Strong understanding of SAP environments and SAP BTP development best practices.
• Proficiency with agile project management tools such as Jira and Azure DevOps.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven ability to coordinate communication across distributed teams.

Preferred Skills

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or SAP Activate certification.
