Description

Facilitate agile delivery for a hybrid onshore-offshore development team in Saint Petersburg, Florida.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Act as the primary liaison between the Product Owner and the offshore development team.
• Remove impediments affecting onshore and offshore workflows, specifically within hybrid models.
• Coordinate sprint deliverables to ensure alignment with SAP BTP architecture and performance standards.
• Manage progress tracking and stakeholder visibility using Jira or Azure DevOps.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master.
• 2+ years of experience leading hybrid onshore-offshore teams.
• Direct experience working within SAP environments.
• Strong understanding of SAP BTP.
• Proficiency with Jira or Azure DevOps.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
