You will lead agile development projects and oversee the lifecycle of mission-critical software systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage agile development projects as a Scrum Master.
• Design, develop, and test complex, mission-critical software systems.
• Evaluate and propose alternative software designs for system architecture.
• Implement secure development practices throughout the software lifecycle.
• Migrate applications to cloud environments.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of IT management experience in analysis, design, development, and testing.
• Proven experience acting as a Scrum Master.
• Experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure cloud environments.
• Background in Java development and Python.
• Experience with secure development practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to set priorities and manage multiple concurrent projects.
