Description

Lead Agile ceremonies and remove blockers for software development teams to ensure effective delivery.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily standups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Coach development teams and Product Owners on Scrum best practices and continuous improvement.
• Remove blockers, manage risks, dependencies, and delivery challenges.
• Coordinate cross-team communication through Scrum of Scrums and Agile planning activities.
• Partner with Product Managers on sprint planning, forecasting, capacity planning, and velocity tracking.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master supporting Agile software development teams.
• Strong knowledge of Scrum methodologies and Agile delivery practices.
• Experience with SAFe or other scaled Agile frameworks.
• Proven success coaching Agile teams through organizational change.
• Experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies for cross-functional technical teams.
• Proficiency with Jira and Azure DevOps.
• Strong communication, leadership, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing sprint metrics, velocity, capacity planning, and cross-team dependencies.

Preferred Skills

• CSM, PSM, or equivalent certification.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
• Insurance industry experience.
